Due to our expansion in the global corporate market, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead/ Sales Manager new biz to help us scale the B2B business.

This position has a broad scope and offers the ability to make a significant impact to the overall company performance. We’re looking for a can-do, high energy, commercially minded manager/ entrepreneur that has the skills and drive to support accelerated growth and lead the sales team new business to meet and beat their targets. 


The Team Lead/Sales Manager New biz is responsible for leading the sales team new business and plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. He/she must possess a high degree of management skills, creativity, organizational and process development skills and have a proven track record of developing, managing sales teams in a B2B environment. We need someone highly ambitious and results/ metrics driven, ready to hit and exceed aggressive KPIs.

You’ll know you’re doing a great job when you’re crushing KPIs and sales results and producing top-notch junior sales executives who ramp quickly and perform above expectations. You’ll be a great trainer and hold team members accountable to their goals.


  • Meet and exceed assigned targets in a global market, focusing on revenues and growth
  • Effectively lead your Team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Run the team day-to-day, ensuring each sales executive is following their plans and meeting expected performance metrics
  • Build, lead, manage and develop the Inside Sales team new biz to achieve maximum personal and team results, creating a “lead by example” sales culture
  • Monitor, track, and analyze key sales performance stats (pipeline, conversion rates…) to continuously improve sales performance and manage sales pipelines
  • Hire, onboard, train and coach an international team of junior sales executives.
  • Support sales team in execution of sales strategy, managing existing accounts while prospecting for new ones, including soliciting, evaluating and/or responding to offers, proposals, etc.
  • Conduct successful negotiations with largest or complex prospective clients
  • Provide market analysis and develop and execute strategies to expand in key markets worldwide
  • Evaluate competitors and develop and execute strategies that positions the company as the company of choice for companies all over the world

  • Proved sales experience in corporates sales, experience in corporate education/ training an advantage
  • Track record of developing and managing highly successful sales teams 
  • Experience in managing and training a team for cold calling, closing etc.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not a must
  • 5+ years of sales experience in sales, of with 2+ years in a management position
  • Previous experience selling solutions to corporate customers (B2B) is a pre
  • Proven track record at establishing and achieving or exceeding measurable goals
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop entry-level sales talent
  • Analytical-oriented numbers geek who can make smart optimization decisions informed by data
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and creating reports to drive and assess individual and team performance
  • A good technical aptitude and genuinely interested in technology.
  • Sales process coaching, performance management and employee recruiting background
  • Experience in education sector a pre
  • Strong entrepreneurial leader. Able to work in a start-up environment


-       Fluency in English, both written and spoken

-       Working knowledge of other key European languages preferred (Italian preferred)
